Internship Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must be enrolled in a college or university with Junior or Senior status, or be recent graduates from the 2025-2026 academic year. A minimum of one year of experience in business or marketing is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a collaborative spirit. Outgoing personalities and comfort with in-person cold-calling are essential. Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal health insurance are required. Fluency in English is mandatory, with bilingual or multilingual abilities highly valued. Residency within 25 miles of North Fulton, Gwinnett, or Forsyth County is required. A good sense of humor is a must!
Applicants must be ready to provide a minimum of five qualified leads per week and be able to relay these promptly. Initiative, organization, and a history of dependable work performance are crucial. The role demands a proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Successful candidates will be those who can adapt quickly and are eager to learn and grow within a dynamic environment.
Compensation and Benefits
Internship Pay and Bonuses
The internship offers a competitive starting wage of $19.69 per hour, with potential earnings up to $23.17 per hour. Interns are paid weekly every Friday. In addition to hourly pay, there are bonuses ranging from $50 to $500 for each new merchant approved and processed. A $1,500 bonus is awarded upon successful completion of the internship. Interns also receive a $50 weekly gas allowance. As a 1099-K contractor, no taxes will be deducted from your pay.
